The older that I get, the more that I know that change is inevitable. Once you enter different seasons in life, things will change. They have to. There’s been a lot of good changes over the last few months. Getting engaged and starting a new job were two of them. I recently had another change happen.
In late April, I moved! For the last 9 years, I’ve been living in a one-bedroom apartment. I experienced a lot of highs and lows in that place. I went from a boy to a man during the time that I lived there.
With this being my first move in nearly 10 years, I underestimated things such as the amount of time it would take as well as the cost of everything. The move happened on April 28th. As of this writing (May 8th), I still haven’t finished unpacking everything yet. I do have my office/eBay room together for the most part. I’ve been so busy that I haven’t been able to get this post finished until now.
Let’s move on to the flipping business
April started off a little slow, but the last 2 weeks were great. I had a good amount of sales on eBay and a couple on Mercari. I finally had the chance to list some new items a couple of days ago, so that should increase the sales. Below are 5 of my recent sales.
I paid $4 for this Pokemon plush. I sold it for $23.
I paid $7.59 for these Fisher-Price blocks. They sold for $45.
I paid $10 for this Tundra Sweater. It sold for $45.
I paid $4.65 for this Linkin Park shirt. It sold for $24.99.
I paid $6.81 for this Tallia Blazer. It sold for $45.

Nelnet ⬇️ from $27,542 to $27,492
Earnest ⬇️ $12,994.98 to $12,430.55
I refinanced my private student loan with Earnest in 2018. It was a great move. Refinancing my loans helped me get a lower interest rate. Refinancing your student loans may help you as well. If you’re approved for refinancing, you will also get a $200 bonus. Visit their site here today.
My debt went from $40,536.98 to $39,222.55. I’m finally under $40K when it comes to my debt. It went down by $564.43. It’s still a few months before I’ll be able to put $1000+ on it again.
