This is super useful Jason! I nearly got in the game last Friday. I went to a garage sale where this guy had a ton of super old stuff. I spent probably 30 minutes looking around and looking stuff up on eBay. Unfortunately when I asked for pricing on his 1940s time magazines I decided to cut my losses – this guy was clearly not trying to get rid of anything for less than the top of the market. I decided then that estate sales are probably the way to go if I want to get lucky on some really old stuff. People need to WANT to part with it!
I think that you will be selling before the year is over.
