We are a little more than halfway done with 2021. I’ll get to my July updates shortly, but first, I’m going to share some mid-year updates.
Even though we are still in a pandemic, things are trying to get semi-normal (whatever that means). A lot of places opened back up and loosened or even ended most Covid 19 restrictions. In my opinion, it happened a little too soon. There are multiple variants of the virus popping up all over the world. I can’t lie, I’m doing a little more than I did in 2020, but I’m still wearing my mask and I’m vaccinated.
My Money Chronicles
Studying SEO was one of the best things that I’ve done. I’m getting more search traffic than I did last year. My domain rating is at 40. Last August, it was at 26. This shows that my website is becoming an authority. I’m interested to see where it will be by the end of the year.
My Facebook group, MMC Inner Circle is still active. We gave some good engagement in there. Come join us here. I’m also still growing my YouTube channel. I’m closing in on 100 subscribers after months of procrastinating I have a plan now and a lot of videos that need to be recorded. Make sure you subscribe to the channel here.
I started the year with $52,889.36. I’m currently at $45,834.61. It’s down by $7054.75. This is amazing. I’ll be under $40K by the end of the year. I love it.
My resell business has been doing well all year. The word for 2021 is growth. I’ve done that. I purchased a friend’s eBay store and bought two Bulq liquidation boxes. I’m gonna continue to grow this inventory and look for quality items. While I’m talking about reselling, here are five of my recent sales from the last month.
I paid $6.81 for this Opposuit. It sold for $50 on Poshmark.
I paid $8.37 for this FUBU hoodie. It sold for $74.99.
I paid $3.13 for this Cycling jersey. It sold for $25.
I paid $5.43 for this toy mailbox. It sold on OfferUp for $30.
I paid $6.46 for these Salming shoes. They sold for $57.
July 2021 Debt & Life Update
As I stated above my current debt is $45,834.6. It went down by $954.19. That’s another solid drop. I’m working on some things to make this debt go down even faster.
Earnest ⬇️ $17,645.70 to $16,992.61
Nelnet ⬇️ $29,142 to $28,842
I refinanced my private student loan with Earnest a few years ago. Refinancing my loans helped me get a lower payment. It also lowered the interest rate. Refinancing your student loans may help you as well. If you’re approved for refinancing, you will also get a $200 bonus. Visit their site here today.

The giveaways are still going on. Just in case you missed what I said last week, I’ll share again. I’ll be giving three lucky people a $50 Amazon gift card once I reach 1000 members/followers. Here are my current numbers on each platform.
Facebook – 412
YouTube – 71
