It’s the last Friday of May, so you know what it means, update time. This month went by fast as hell. It literally feels like May just started.

I published some pretty good articles this month. The search traffic is getting higher which is good. Everything that I did with the audit is working. I’m excited to see where things go. Below are some of the posts that you may have missed.

The business is still going well. I cold items on several platforms. I’ve been working on getting rid of some of the older things that have been sitting around my apartment for a while. I decided to list them in lots. Doing that worked. I sold some things that I’ve had for over 2 years. I’m going to continue to list some more lots in the upcoming months.

Here are 5 of my recent sales.

I picked this Thinkfun Cube Puzzle for $2. 36. It sold for $20.

I picked this Ajax soccer jersey for $6.15. It sold for $55.

I purchased this Dork Diaries book set for  6.01. They sold for $25.

I purchased this Sonic the Hedgehog sweater for $6.45. It sold for $20.

I grabbed this David Carr Houston Texans jersey for $8.40. It sold for $19.99.

I also had a webinar where I shared some intermediate tips for online sellers. While I didn’t offer a replay, I did record a video for my YouTube channel. You can see it below. Don’t forget to subscribe as well.

I also have some new shirt designs available. They are spread out on Amazon, Redbubble, and Spring (Formerly Teespring) You can see some of them here.

My current debt is $47,742.45. That’s a drop of $952.60. Another good month for me. Seeing this debt get lower each month is truly amazing. It will be under $40K in a few months. I’m looking forward to that happening sooner than later. Let’s take a look at the numbers.

Earnest ⬇️ $18,953.05 to $18,300.45

Nelnet ⬇️ $29,742 to $29,442

I refinanced my private student loan with Earnest a few years ago. Refinancing my loans helped me get a lower payment. It also lowered the interest rate. Refinancing your student loans may help you as well.  If you’re approved for refinancing, you will also get a $200 bonus. Visit their site here today.
